Insurance
We offer the highest level of comprehensive coverage on all transports, with a standard value of up to $1,000,000. We have a specialist goods in transit policy that covers our service on an “all risks” basis.
Payment
For all transport services, we require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance to be paid in full at the time of delivery. Deposits can be made via credit card or PayPal.
Payment of remaining balance can be collected via Credit Card, PayPal or Cash due to driver.
Day of Transport and/or Delivery
You are more than welcome to be there on the day of scheduled transport/delivery but it is not a necessity.
We require the boat to be fully ready for transport, this means; Ensuring that all lines are out of sight and properly stored as well as fenders being properly secured.
If your boat needs to be secured at time of transport, a $115 fee per hour will be assessed for the preparation (fenders, arches, domes, satellites or antennas removal)
